I know I do. :hs: But I don't feel comfortable benching a bar without a spotter, and getting onto the decline bench with 80lb dumbells in each hand is pretty scary :ugh:
I always just rest them on my legs until I am ready to start, then just pick them up a little, lay back, and push them up as I lay down, then jump into my reps.
