Good workout today. I've been avoiding dumbbell peck flys because they irritate my shoulder, but today I did a few sets at 55 lbs, and so far so good. It's definitely a different burn than presses. I need to fill in the shape of my boobies a little... they're thick at the shoullder, but narrower at the bottom, like a couple of V's.

I am taking the rest of the week off from the gym. Calling in sick tomorrow and working from home Friday in order to get the house ready for Sunday. I might try to do a back/bis/shoulders on Friday if I have time or the energy.
