Default 95 Civic No Start

Battery seems to be fine, all lights working.

The engine does not crank at all. I have a two way pager, so I tried to start with alarm an, and pager tells me the car is starting, so I guess the ignition switch is working.

Disabled alarm, still no start.

Took dizzy cap off, no moisture whatsoever, (its been raining here past few days.)

I checked the 7.5Amp Starter Signal fuse at the kick panel and it does not light up with a test light to it. I pulled the fuse, and replaced it w/another one, fuse is fine.

This leads me to believe that its the starter.

Now, I never had a single problem with start before. Do you guys think that a starter would just take a crap out of nowhere???

Anyways, i need to test the starter. Can anyone post a diagram or a pic of the terminals that I need to short. Or should I just jump the terminals to the battery?

Thanks for the help in advance.
