You sir, have an excellent point, and follow it with the exact solution.
Child protection services should already be involved if the parents have such a bad problem that they can't work and disqualify themselves from receiving public funds to feed them. But like I said before, addiction is a bitch. Most likely the parents with addiction problems would turn to selling drugs for survival rather than cleaning up and getting a job, and blame the government for not supporting them-even though that's not what government is for.
I still think it's overdue. F anyone that can't grow a pair and pull their own weight.
