how about you get rid of walfare altogether and just put everyone that benefits from it in a big ungly hotel(prison) and tell them what they can and cannot do. The government give them money that mean thye do kind of own them right?

I disagree but understand the drug tests... i mean it is an illegal substance after all. But lottery? whats next force them to quit smoking, drinking, they dont pay for porn? where does it end?
