And, how are you setting the intonation?

A common way to do it is to plug into a tuner, and tune the guitar. Then, hit the 12th fret on each string, and adjust the saddles to tune to the 12th fret.
I set the intonation by doing a 12th fret harmonic and tuning the 12th fret fretted to match the same note as the harmonic. That's just the way I learned, I guess it's a little more complicated than just tuning at the 12th fret. :dunno:
