Brett, I quit the p90x long ago

I hate that shit, too much work. I stick with my 15 minute workouts everyday and cardio 2 to 3 times a week and it seems to be working fairly well. I know I won't get massive or anything, but I'm cool with it. I can see myself sticking with this program for awhile, which has been a problem for 10 years with me working out.
