from my experience 7 days is a bit much for a place like bermuda - i mean are all you plan on doing is sitting on the beach the whole time or you want to do other things. bermuda is like another island but it is pretty small - a few golf courses - pretty small central "city" type area with shops/bars/tourist stuff.
