Just got back from the gym. I realized today that my weak forearms are holding me back on rows, lat pull downs/pullups, and to a lesser extent, presses. So I threw some wrist curls and extensions into the mix. Hopefully I'll get some popeye arms in a couple months. h:

Feeling broly, I just got a vein in my left bicep to stick out rich style.
