I didn't say you would lose power from the bigger valves, I suggested you could lose power from the head's combustion chamber being bigger than the cylinder bore, causing some funny airflow in the combustion chamber, possibly affecting flame front, and possibly causing hot-spots in the combustion chamber that could cause detonation.
B20z cams are the same as B18b, B20b intake cam is smaller but the exhaust is the same.
