I'm 188 and bench 265

my lowest adult weight was 195lbs...but that was when I stopped lifting for about 5 months 'cause I hurt my back. At that point, I don't think I could've lifted 265 even once.
starting lifting again and the weight piled back on (mostly muscle, some 'cause I had to start eating more, but lost my good eating habits)...got back up to 235lbs, now I'm back down to 217lbs. But my weight fluctuates 4-5lbs from day to day.
