platinums last longer, but coppers provide a better spark. go with the coppers. i believe they were NGK 2262 or somethin. they come pregapped, so just remove the old ones and stick in the new ones. i went to kragen, told them i had a 99 integra LS and they got me the plugs i needed. all for 7$.
