started p90x today. I did chest and back. I made it through the entire workout without doing less than 10 reps of anything. My muscles were screaming at the end. It was a great workout. I actually did some extra push-ups, bench, and back after because I felt so pumped. For cardio I did some 5 minute sprints on the elliptical (no jogging until my knee heals )

my overall impression is p90x is great but is not a good beginner workout for those out of shape :chuckles:
