The governments are asking for money yes, but the population ain't seeing a cent of that money US are sending. Like you said, the US gives the money for a reason. saddam was one of the worst when it came to oppressive regimes, we went and stopped him and helped a new government form and you want to shit all over it. we dont do anything and merely accept and follow diplomatic channels and protest and you shit on us for not doing enough
