its easy. you can whip/whisk the egg beforehand and slowly pour it in while the waters boiling. or do what i usually do and just crack it open and drop it in while the noodles are cooking

swirl it around if you want it all over the place or jab at the yolk a few times if you want the egg to retain some coherence
you really cant go wrong
