You know, I've never gotten too wrapped up in what the "best" supplements are. In all reality, 99.9% of this doesn't matter. None of us need to have the best considering no one here is an elite athlete. Any protein will be better than none and really working out is more inportant that supplement breakdown.
Just get out there and lift some heavy ass weights and have a protein shake if you like.
