Just because the requirements don't match anything you have done in the past a lot of technical/engineering positions require basic knowledge -- just highlight or organize your CV such that it reflects the description a little better. In the interview don't be afraid to mention your lack of specific knowledge but comment on your past work experience, how its influenced you to work in different situations, and your eagerness to fulfill their particular position (do some research so you can comment on where your skills would be useful).
