There is absolutely nothing to gain from running a GSR ECU in a stock LS Integra.
You cannot "remove the VTEC" from the ECU either.

Purchase a P74 or P75 ECU that matches the year/obd of your car/engine.
And before you start messing around under the hood, do your research first.
Reading the Integra FAQ is a good place to start.
