It all depends on how it was taken care of. If it's been well maintained, you're golden. If it hasn't, well you can still probably keep it running for a while. My guess is that if it has 200k and isn't burning oil, smoking, shifting poorly, it's probably a keeper.

If something does blow up, the whole drivetrain can be replaced for around $500. Good luck

BTW, what model is it? (Si, dx, cx, vx?)
