After doing some research, if you have the money to spend, the H22A-R is the best way to go.

Performance
H22A-R
220hp @ 7200 rpm
163lb/ft @ 6500 rpm
13.75@100.8mph


Now that time is in a 4gen Civic Hatch but you could probably expect similar times.
