Additional info: Do you have the Intel card or do you have the dell card, and are you using windows to manage the settings?
I'm going to venture to guess it's a broadcom network card that is in the Mini. I was using the broadcom software first since that came with the mini. I removed that when i realized it was crappy and used the windows one and still the same problems. It's weird because i know my laptop works with WPA because i tried connecting to someone near me who had WPA encryption as well and i could actually attempt to connect to it. But when i tried connecting to my router it kept saying waiting for network.
