Yep,...I can see resistance.

If theres a crowd at the station shouldnt there be more officers involved or dispatched?
If they were unruly wouldnt all the officers have drawn their guns. For their protection? Why would you pull out your service pistol when you already have the kid on the ground under your control.

and I dont believe police should ever ever, have an "accident" with their weapon. Thats what police training is for.
Accidents happen. Everyone goes to drivers training but accidents still happen everyday.

I'm saying in one video the cop has a knee on him and the kid is trying to push himself up on all fours. Thats called resistance. You're not laying down and complying, hence resisting.

Maybe there were more cops being dispatched. BART isnt a huge agency and I have no idea how many people were working that night but budgets are tight and I'm sure if its anything like where I work there is little to no OT available even on NYE.

I dont know why he pulled his gun. Only thing I can think is he grabbed the wrong weapon. I'm not gonna go into his head because I dont know everything that happened or what was dispatched. His state of mind going into the situation determines alot.

I'm not at all saying what happened should have happened. I'm just saying you're condemning a guy without knowing all of the facts. Just trying to show another point of view because I see it all of the time and you dont know what its like from the other POV

Even if thats the case lay down and go with the program until the situation gets sorted. Sitting there and not complying makes you seem like you're resisting and guilty. If you just let it get situated its always better off

Yes it was. If someone is physically resisting i.e. getting up when you're being restrained down then its enough resistance to justify being tased. Its covered in P&P
