5'9"
152lbs
body fat: slight amounts around midsection only

goal is to get maintain strength and size (as best as possible) while increasing cardio capacity. doin this through jogging, jump rope and bag

im already eating out a lot less w/ more veggies into my diet. this will be the most fit year of my life >:]
