You know the routine, last Fitness Camp was semi-successful for me. I need to workout on a more consistent basis though. Hopefully this is the year

I'm going to mix in the P90x workout with my own workout regimine. I find the P90x workout to be too long sometimes. I come home from work and don't really like the idea of working out for an hour.
Dieting is the tough part and so far in 09 it has been pretty bad.

I'm going to start dieting today, except for the weekends.
No soda, chips, ice-cream, burgers, fried chicken for now.

Height: 5'7.5"

Weight: 162lbs
Body Fat: N/A
If i can find out how much body fat I got, then I can gauge how my diet and exercise is working. But for now, I go by how I look

I also have no specific goal to work for.
