a putter is a very personal choice, but should be NOWHERE near 400 dollars for a weekend golfer. Even a crazy Scotty Cameron is around 300 bucks. I rock a Ping putter and it was about 180 bucks when I got it. I would say if your dad is really really good and wants something fitted etc that 300 bucks should be well inside the ballpark. IBdubby.

anyway, he is a weekend golfer but takes it seriously...from the first day the first course within 20 miles opens to the first snow.
he'll also play in more than a few tournaments over the summer as well as the more than occasional "today feels like a golf day" outings every other week+... anywho I figured it'd help his short game as that is what's been killing his handicap
