While i dont agree with overpaying on some of these players. sabathia for example, no one bid even close to what they did and they werejust bidding against themselves. I do love the fact that they say to hell wth selig and his luxery tax that is singling the yankees out and continue to do what is in the fans best interest. How could anyone not like an owner who is willing to go out and get the best player every single year? unless you are a fan of a team whos ownership doesnt do that
