I personally wouldnt. Here is why.

I would rather get a DOHC and have that engine in the car already, and build from there then to have to deal with a swap. Sure, you will end up paying more for the car initially. But the extra cost is just going to be wrapped up in a payment anyway. Then, the $3000 you would have to spend to do an engine swap could instead be used to build up what is an already good engine. A turbo DOHC VTEC is a million times better than a delSol S or Si with a swap. Even if you don't turbo, that $3000 can go for suspension, i/h/e, stereo upgrades, ect. ect.....

If I could go back and get my sol, I wouldn't have. I would have just spent the extra and got the DOHC to begin with. I recommend you do the same.
