Default How Do I Lower My Car?

Ok guys I'm lost... so PLEASE help me out!

I am considering lowering my car... it's a 1995 Accord Coupe EX.

I am mainly thinking of using Eibach Pro-Kits for the springs. I would like to use those on stock shocks/struts (are those the same thing?), but many people say that it will make camber (?) problems and un-even tire ware. So what is the solution to this... Camber Kit or Shocks/Struts... or both?

Also, are Coil Overs good? As in some Ground Control ones? And if I get Coil Overs do I need to get Camber Kit and/or Shocks/Struts?

Is this set up good? Stock Shocks and Camber w/ Eibach Pro-Kits?

Howabout this one? Eibach Pro-Kits and Tokico Blues?

Lastly, I think I might have found a good deal on some Tokico Blues... Would it be ok to go ahead and buy those, and install them on my car... would they make a difference height wise? Will this damage my stock suspension, springs, etc. And would it even be worth the extra cash... seeing as how I have no idea how much this installation costs.

BTW, the Tokico Blues I found were $100 for 4. Front were used 1 month and rear were used 4 months... at least that's what I am told. Is that a good deal?

Thanks,
John
