whatever u guys do, just stay away from any vices. no gambling, alcohol, drugs, etc. all those vices will all fuck with ur emotions and itll just make him more unstable and fucked in the head. the small high he gets at the moment, will bring him down lower and harder than before he did those things. go hiking. go watch a game. go work on a project car. go fix up a house.
