Heat up the screw with a propane torch and spray some penetrating oil on it. Repeat it a couple of times. The heat and added to penetrating oil will boil the oil in the threads hopefully allowing it to penetrate deeper.

Buy yourself some stainless screw and anti-seize compound and go to town after you get those babies out.
