The gun doesn't have a flash hider or a bayo lug and it has a 10rd magazine which means they're probably in a ban state so the stock isn't collapsible. Knowing that and looking at the size of the girl, the stock is obviously too long for her and her cheek & head placement is proper assuming the stock could have been adjusted to a suitable length.
