Knowing that and looking at the size of the girl, the stock is obviously too long for her and her cheek & head placement is proper assuming the stock could have been adjusted to a suitable length.
I dunno man, look at her right arm, it is as close to her body as can be. I think she could be able to hold it properly. She has prolly just never shot before. So far I have taken 2 girls with me to the range that have never shot before and they both did exactly that. I was like "If you're going to hold it like that then you can't pull the trigger until you yell BACK BLAST AREA ALL SECURE?" and they were like "huh?" and I was like, "It's not an AT-4, it's a rifle, tuck that buttstock in your shoulder pocket."
