I'd do it if I could sign a waver for my hearing - there's gotta be something that isn't heavily dependent on hearing? Maybe not front lines or flying Apaches/Cobras (which is what I wanted to do in the Army).. but something else.

If hearing wasn't an issue, Army or Marines.
My roommate was medically discharged from the Navy due to a hearing problem. Some explosive went off near him unknowingly and it blew his ear drum to shit. He has hypersensitive hearing now out of that ear.
