is it right? no, not always but its kinda the way of the world. i agree with you in that its wrong but it is what it is. apperently the majority of the state is still uncomfortable with the notion and well as has been stated majority rules
Most of those laws are done for perceived safety reasons such as gun control,(please note I said perceived) yet laws like this are imposed in civil liberties which have no inherent dangers to our society. Quite a bit different.
