Rem would be your best bet if you're going pistol grip. With the Remington, you can just shift your firing hand over to the right under the TG and flip the safety over. you still maintain a bit of a grip on the pistol grip. This obviously would be the same with the standard stock.

With the mossberg, the safety is perfect for leftys and rightys but once you put a pistol grip on it, either-handed users have to comletely remove their hand from the pistol grip to manipulate the safety. no thanks.
