I really wouldn't imagine that with the small of a drop that it couldn't be adjusted to be within spec. But that's the thing that sucks about lowering, is wondering if you need a camber kit. You can't tell for sure if you need one till you align it, then you'll have to realign it if you do need and install a kit. I know no one likes wasting money.
