one of our cats has pee'd outside of the box before, but i think that was just because she's a fattie and would forget she was half hanging out of the box.

It seems it's the normal amount. So.. Not sure if it's a difficulty or if it's just painful.
He's 13. So.. he is at the age for these kinds of issues. :hs:
