Hello everyone-

I am new to the forum...just heard about it today as a matter of fact. I am a memeber of the R-1 Forum; if you like motorcycles you'll know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, I own a 97 Civic EX totally stock (yes, laugh now!). I bought it brand new and as soon as my extended warranty expired stuff started to go wrong with it.

My check engine light came on this morning. I went to the local Autozone and they ran a diagnostic on it and it came up with 4 different error codes:

P0303 (Cylinder #3 Misfire)
P0304 (Cylinder #4 Misfire)
P1300 (?)
P1399 (?)

Has anyone had any of these problems before? The P303 I had a couple of months ago and the guy at the local "street racer" shop told me that I needed a new cap & rotor. I let him replace it and the problem went away; but now it's back. What can I do??? Is this something that I should be able to fix myself? Is there anything I can check? Anything I should rule out? Or should I just grab my ankles and hope that the mechanic uses KY?
