Default HAN health crew

I went to the doctor the other day. Apparently I have high blood pressure, at least for my age anyway. He's telling me I need to cut down on salt and exercise more. I don't cook much and I despise running. I know there are guys here who eat healthy and exercise so I'm looking for suggestions. Ideas for meals I can make that will only be one or two servings. I don't mind cooking I just always end up with too much. Also if you have ideas for exercise(cardio) I can do that doesn't involve running. I thought about a stationary bike or something. Just looking for ideas. :hs:
