Yeap, 30k is around what most people pay. We've been paying towards it for about 1.5 years. The most we spent in one payment was around 9.600.00.

I really didnt want to spend this much money. I would rather it go to another house or maybe towards a masters degree ( doubt it ).
Especially the way our economy is right now. Having a nest egg is worth it but, from what my sisters, mom, & ex tell me. Thsi is something girls always dreamed about.

I should of left it that way in my future wifes mind.
