You go in, sit in a massage chair for 15 minutes, then go lie on the table (undress to your liking) for a 60 minute Swedish massage. You can add deep tissue to areas for $15 each, as well as some other specified areas for an added fee.

Was a delightful atmosphere and afternoon.
