It's pretty selfish that you think just because you live a great life, you shouldn't care about everyone else. You could be the difference whether a poor old lady gets proper health care or not. You may not change your life, but you could help others.
I respect craigorz's opinion. If he honestly doesn't care and doesn't plan to bitch about it, it's entirely his prerogative. If everyone were compelled to vote we'd have a bunch of uninformed Puff Daddies voting, which would be WAY worse than low voter turnout, IMO.
