Don't get me wrong, I don't disagree that some people fear guns. However, I don't think people should be stopped from carrying because of other people's fears.

i agree some people do fear guns and obviously others do not, but you have to see that is the point - like you said "if someone has a gun he choose to/not to kill you" and by walking into a crowded place with others who either fear/not fear guns or not, they didn't necessarily know what he was going to do/not do. i mean sure you would like to think the best of people but sometimes you just never know.

noones saying there should be totally unregulated ownership of guns ... i have nothing against requiring certain criteria to be met before allowing a citizen to conceal carry. requirements such as taking a certified training course and having a background check performed. that stops noone who could legally have the permit from getting the permit
i agree, with proper training and knowledge and you can do thing, within some sort of reason just like everything else.
