Well I got the lower driverside ball joint replaced.
It cost $180 and that sucked since the part was only $41.

They also said I should replace the front pass. lower ball joint, pass. tie-rod, and both cv-boots before they tear. parts and labor was $650. I told him to forget it and ill try to tackle them myself.
Parts for all that was about $125.

Never done ball joint, tie-rod or replaced cv boots.
how hard are these. The car car sit for a while if need be. Its my Winter Beater.

Im not about to drop $650
