yeah he was pretty spot on...

my friend (graduated the acadmey with me) got his first DWI the same night which actually turned into a DWAI... he only blew a .04 but was mixing it with pain killers...he was about 32 and black.

i always pull over Hispanics with no license and no insurance...i usually just tow the car and give them UTT (uniform traffic ticket)for driving with out a license and no insurance...we dont arrest for this offense... if we did then no ones lawn would ever get cut.
