There's no distributor on those 7th gens, so no cap or rotor. As for plug wires, I'd test them before you bother switching them out, I learned that the hard way. By test, I mean the resistance and checking for cracks in the insulation. Doubt there's a need to change them at that mileage and year though.

If it's an auto, at that mileage I would change the trans. fluid just to be safe, and only use Genuine Honda ATF(not a bad idea to change the fluid if it's manual either), along w/ engine oil and filter, plugs and air filter as you already decided on doing, and PCV valve and fuel filter as raiden571 suggested.

Mobil is good oil, though you might have better results w/ their clean5000 than Mobil 1 as that is full synthetic, and might get past your seals(b/c of your car's age and mileage). If you don't mind the extra cost, as it does reduce friction, you can give it a go, maybe try 1/2 synthetic at first and if it doesn't use oil with that, go from there.

edit: if the idle still doesn't seem as smooth as it should be (assuming it's not a motor mount issue) I'd run some injector cleaner, Lucas or Seafoam are both good - I'd actually recommend that anyway at least once a year.
