Default Drum brakes help

Hi everyone. I opened up one of my drums today to find that the clevis slipped off one of the shoes, the reason for my brakes not engaging on that drum. Anyways, as I proceeded to take the assembly apart, I popped off one of the rubber boots on the cylinder. Some brake fluid came out and I'm guessing the whole cylinder popped out to one side because I pressed one of the shoes against it too hard. So, my question:

-Do I need to replace the cylinder, or will a bleeding procedure fix the lack of pressure I'm getting from the brakes?
