Clogged fuel filters aren't intermittent issues though, sounds like your fuel pump is on it's way out. The only way to tell though is to pressure test your fuel pump while the bogging happens to see what is happening to it. If it drops below 38PSI when it is bogging you can bet it is the fuel pump. It really does sound like a fueling issue though.
