15.3 is good for an EX, I've seen stock ones do 15.8's before, but low 15's is really good
ive seen cxs w/ d16z6 run low 15s w/ interior...and i think if i run my car stripped i can get mid-low 15s also..im going to the track in a couple weeks, when the weather isnt hot/humid. i ran a 15.82 in my Si...w/ H/E which isnt much but w/e.
