That only works with a tranny that has good syncros. With trannies that dont, its gonna grind and grind till there is no more to grind. Yes this does work, i do it all the time from 3rd to 4th, and 4th to 5th in my truck, and also when im down shifting you have to "match" rpms, or basicly blip the throttle. I have a friend thats selling his ITR tranny for sale with an upgraded clutch that has about 20k on the tranny for $1580 w/shipping.
